Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. We ordered the Medical Guardian alert based on the high recommendation of some good friends. They had tried several different medical alert devices, and ended up sending all of the others back. They highly recommended the Medical Guardian to us. We have the Active Guardian with fall protection. It is VERY sensitive. It has gone off just in the process of putting it on (hanging it around neck). My mom is very active still, but has had several falls and we were worried about her falling and being unable to contact any of us. Medical Guardian was easy to setup, included all the equipment necessary for the reasonable price! My 93 year old mother wears her pendent everyday, knows what to do and MG encouraged us to test every month. I could not be happier, she is happier and feels safe in her own. The service people have been great from the getgo! At first I was unsure of what I needed to do and all my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. Now I do my monthly tests and have been very impressed with the response people! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for your quick response to an accidental call to help line. My husband was trying to put a drill bit in drill and was unaware he had push button on device he wears around neck. I was outside working and they were unable to contact me. They contacted my daughter quickly as instructed and we were able to avoid an unnecessary EMS call. It gave us assurance that if we really needed help, it would be taken care of immediately . Thank you very much.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It is easy to wear and even looks attractive.. each tim e I check my unit I get a quick response and they take the time to ask questions and confirm that I am OK..THE lock box is a great addition and gives me security knowing there is access to my home if needed.. Having an extra wrist device is also good in the event I misplace one. Thank you.
