Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I’ve been in my house for one year and needed to renew my home warranty. So last night I got on the Internet to do a little homework. I came across Select Home Warranty and discovered that they were number 1 in my area for a home warranty ‘s. This morning I signed up with this company and saved a lot of money compared to what it was going to cost me to re-sign up with the original warranty company that I had used when I purchased the home a year ago, And the warranty that I got is the executive VIP warranty which covers a lot more than I had on the warranty with the other company plus I got my roof covered and spa covered which I did not have with the other company and my policy was still...
