Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

so far the experience has been great. only researched multiple plans from various companies and decided on Select. i'm new customer so don't have any service call experiences yet, but the process for acquiring coverage was awesome. looking forward to working with Select

I have been pondering Select Home Warranty for two months. I received a text and returned the call to Mr. John Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan was most helpful and informative. I chose the Platinum Care Plan and added a few Optional Coverage items. Mr. Sullivan explained each one in detail and to my complete satisfaction. He then offered me a couple of "pay plans" and I opted a single payment of $1742.81 based on my Military Service and my age of 80 years. In summary, Mr. Sullivan is an outstanding, customer service oriented representative of Select Home Warranty. Thank you.

I ordered my policy with Select Home Warranty yesterday 24 Nov2020 and I got the VIP product.... the agent told me I will get a copy of my policy in my email within 30 minutes... An hour later- NOTHING!. I checked my email the following morning NOTHING... I called 25Nov2020 at 1230 verified my email and yet again was told that I will received my policy in 20-30 minutes... Guess what??? NOTHING... 5 hours later 1730 I called again... I told the agent that I have been waiting for my policy since buying it and then the guy put me on hold for 10 minutes!!! then a different guy answered later and asked what I need??
