For the sake of education and peace-of-mind, this company provides a sample contract and quote calculator on their website. In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Signing up and taking my payment was very easy and of course gave all selling points. Customer service is another rating so we’ll have to wait and see.

This company is very dishonest, they know how to take the money from you, when it comes to the service, they find something and denied your claims. They are very bad, I have 3 single-family houses and three condos I'm cancelling all my policies. I

The sales representative was good, and came up with a discount when I asked. However, there was some upselling attempted on the time horizon level ( coverage for 1 year, 3 years, and beyond ), in an attempt to prolong my loyalty to the company.

Very happy with my sales rep, Alex Burch. Gave me an excellent discount, for a 3 year contract. I am thinking of selling my house, and liked the idea that the Home Warranty plan is transferrable to the new owner.

Pretty quick to sign up so far so good. Johnathan was very polite and helpful. It was pretty easy to work with customer service and get the plan rates. I really got great discounted rates. Very happy with the initial service. can give more feedback after starting to use the plan.
