The sales agent (Henry) was knowledgeable and very easygoing with no pressure. He answered all my questions and follow up questions for clarification after speaking to another warranty company to compare policy/rates. Pricing isn't an issue if the plan doesn't cover your repairs in the first place. However, Select's rates were very competitive in addition to clearing up any issues I may have in submitting future claims. Hopefully there will be no issues, but time will only tell once a claim is submitted in the future.
I chose Select Home Warranty because their warranties seem to cover more than warranties offered by other home warranty companies. Additionally, the customer care representative that I spoke with as part of the sales process was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions.
The entire process from research to purchase was streamlined and easy. Bruce did a great job of answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Select Home Warranty to others.
Recently I decided to consider purchasing a home warranty on the advice of a friend. I researched and compared the options of many companies. After I completed the simple request form for Select Home Warranty, I received a phone call and an email from a sales representative. He offered to answer any questions I may have about the policy. I called him and he was most helpful to assist me to select a plan, complete the application form and also included some additional discounts for which I qualified. I have not made a claim yet but if the service from Select is good as the assistance I received from Alan Sherman, their representative, I will be very happy!
New customer and Best service and response to date I have ever had as have used 4 home warranty companies for several homes in the last several years. Looking forward to see how this warranty service association develops. Great start and impressed with personal service in chatting promptly with a live person without waiting on the phone for at least a half hour.
Service was almost too good. Before I could review the plan I started getting an avalanche of calls from Select sales people. Even after I signed up I got 6 more calls in the span of a couple hours.
Fast service and didn’t have to sit on hold forever. My issue was resolved in a timely manner.
Very helpful. I called due to my A/C not working. It was very hot out and smokie from fires in the area. They answered quickly amd emailed the same day with an update.

After comparing many home warranties, Select is definitely the best one out there as far as coverage and cost. Ed Coleman was the man! He explained everything in detail and got us the plan and price that was right for our new home.
