For the sake of education and peace-of-mind, this company provides a sample contract and quote calculator on their website. In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Had an excellent experience with Sam Mason, who explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. He gave me a good price and helped me through the process. I ended up doing a 3 year contract for a very good yearly value and only a $45 service call fee! I've only just purchased the contract so I can't speak to the rest of the experience, but so far I am very pleased.

Don't bother purchasing this home warranty. They absolutely use every loop hole they can so they don't have to pay for any repairs. Read the fine print. My heat and air just broke and they want 3 years of services records and the unit has to have been serviced every 6 months. I service mine once a year. They have denied my claim. I wasted money buying this warranty. BUYER BE WARNED

Ray Sanders was the representative that helped me today. I had been shopping for home warranties and had spoke to several other companies, and to be honest was getting very frustrated. Ray listen to me and what I needed and he found a plan that fit my needs. He was patient, as my dog decided he wanted to be in on the conversation. He was a pleasure to talk to and did not try to fit me into a plan I did not need. As a result I have joined Select Home Warranty. Thank you Ray!!!
