Like the service fee, Landmark's yearly premium for its Homeowner Plans varies by state.

In Utah, Oregon, and Idaho, choosing the $100 service fee will produce a $350 premium for the Home System Plan, and a $600 premium for the Total Protection Plan. If you were to opt for the $60 service fee, this would increase the Home System Plan premium to $400, and the Total Protection Plan to $650.

In Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, the $100 service fee will yield a $360 premium for the Home Systems Plan, and a $610 premium for the Total Protection Plan. Finally, in these states, choosing the $70 service fee will cost $425 for the Home Systems Plan and $675 for Total Protection.

We received a home warranty through Landmark when we purchased our house, and I have been very pleased with the level of service we have received. They are always quick to respond to any question or service request I have.

Please be aware & tell all you know!!!I was billed for services that were not done by LMW hired trade (the trade admitted the mistake / DNB Plumbing). Related: Landmark Home Warranty - Don't buy a home warranty from Landmark I paid $70 (service call) and then an additional $473 and Landmark Warranty did nothing about it even after knowing that I was charged for services not done. Worse, they back up their trade for what they did! I tried to give LMW an opportunity to do the right thing, but they refused to do so! LMW refused to pay for standard installation on a water heater by claiming modifications were done, which were not. I am still out what I paid for services not... Read More

I am a realtor and have ordered many homewarranties thru landmark over the years. Recently, I have purchased a home for myself and had the opportunity to experience their service first hand. I had an issue with my air conditioner not working(on a weekend of course), and called landmark. they were very helpful on saturday and, although the contractor did not call me until monday(which I expected), they did have a good, qualified contractor come out.it took a little while to get the repair approved and part ordered, but the local landmark rep-Nate went above and beyond the call of duty and helped expedite the repair by going himself to pick up the part from the distributor and meet the... Very good personnel and work with you on large claims to resolve issues. One bad contractor for AC work who is now fired, but otherwise contractors have been honest and did good work.

Once I placed the service request I received a call regarding my request within 20 minutes, it was July 4th. The next morning the service technician was out and everything was fixed. Great customer service.

This is a cautionary tale of why you should not use home warranty companies, particularly Landmark Home Warranty. In it, you will find the story of a company who would do whatever it could to not fulfill the terms of its contract, instead opting to consistently shift the blame to the homeowners. First, a little background… Back in September 2016, my soon-to-be wife and I so excited to finally put our days of renting behind us. Of course, the process of buying a home, particularly your first, is long and frustrating, but we got through it and now own a beautiful 2,000 square foot home in the northern part of San Antonio, Texas. During the process, we had a home inspection done back at... Read More

Landmark has been such a great warranty company to work with since buying my first home. They've been helpful with claims, questions that I think are stupid (but they disagree and show me patience!), and in ensuring that I'm getting the most out of my warrant coverage. I would recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a great home warranty company!

LHW responded to my e-claim and follow-up e-mail by a direct call within minutes. Their choice of service provider (for pool repair/ service) was proficient and accommodating. Although they were busy (Memorial Day week), they broke into their schedule to diagnose the problem. The claim was processed and approved within 36 hours. This contrasted with a past pool claim where the supplier was ill-equipped and disinterested to service the area. My prior feedback was considered by LHW and resulted in substantial improvements.

My experience with Landmark Home Warranty has always been positive. I scheduled a technician to come out to do the preseason check on my AC. He was able to come out that same week. He was able to put in a new thermostat as the one I had wasn't working. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The price for the service call was reasonable. The Landmark Claims Manager was very friendly and professional.
