Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I was very glad to see him he went right to work and told me that he had to wait for the go ahead so that he could complete the job. He ended with soon as I get the go i will be back to complete to job and have your AC units running again.
Hi, I am a homeowner, after reviewing my current home warranty provider ''home shield'' that I've had for many years, and it just went up last month from 86.00 a month to over100,00 a month. I considered ''Choice Home'' warranty insurance. It is the same good coverage, although much better rates and service fees. Then, after talking with the agent, I found out that being a senior, and a veteran, they have even better rates. So, yeah, it' was a no-brainer to switch over. To whom it may concern first and foremost I would like to give the technician for the dryer kudos he explained why he couldn't repair it and that choice home warranty would supply a new dryer this is partially correct choice home warranty will eventually issue a gift card from Lowe's at the amount of $335 which you have to wait 30 days on what planet can one purchase a dryer for $335 this means all the additional expenses are on the customer delivery installation removal and additional $200 to purchase the dryer so choice home warranty don't profess to replace appliances that's not totally true your contribution would be 1/3 of total ,not good business ! The 2 workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to tell me right away what was causing the 2 issues in my bathroom. The jobs were completely quicker than I expected. Very pleased with the services.
I was happy customer with American shield warranty, my peer told me that Choice is also good, and we believed, and we all signed with choice home warranty. My AC broke and its almost 2 months they did not fix, nor any proper communication was done. similarly, my friend dish washer was broken, and they did not fix nor communicate. When i called choice home warranty today, the lady was too rash in talking saying my claim is closed and i need to reopen and the cost for the AC repair is going to be approximately 4800 USD. Technician determined dryer rollers were bad. For some reason, you refused to pay for them.
The technician responded fast and ordered the parts and repaired the garage door on time in a professional way.
He was courteous and knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend him, although he did not do any work because my issue fell under a previous work order.
