Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

We are very dissappointed with our last service call. We requested a plumber to replace a toilet tank pump. We placed the claim on 07/25/24 and were given an appt for 07/29/24. Then we were told our appt was moved to 08/01/24. It took a full week to get the part replaced. This is unacceptable. Also, although the gentleman was very respectable and replaced the part. I was very concerned that he came in a plain white van without any company labels and the gentleman had no uniform or clothing identifying his company. Jefry Johnson was the technician who came to take care of my plumbing problem. This is the second time (different problems) Kintex Plumbing has sent him to my home. I was very pleased to see him and he dispatched my problems as quickly and efficiently as he did the first time.
He knew exactly how to deal with the problem and my main line drain stoppage was taken care of quickly. He had an amazing positive attitude, even when I thought things were not going very well. But, he prevailed and fixed it and all is well.
I highly recommend Kintex Plumbing and especially Jefry Johnson. Thank you Jefry for a job well done, again!

The technician was prompt, providing a narrow arrival window along with tracking information for his arrival. He thoroughly assessed the dryer failure, making a fix on site. I'm used to having to wait days for an appointment followed by weeks for a repair needing a part or to be rescheduled. B.R. Mitchell's Appliance Repair was a welcomed and surprising departure from my previous experience with using this warranty. I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs and will request them specifically in the future.
The techs that came to my home were excellent. Repairs were fast and complete. Unfortunately it's Choice Home Warranty that stinks. I would not renew nor recommend them to anyone. If the problem can be fixed, great, if it can't forget it. It WILL NOT be replaced, what you get is a gift card for one third of the price of a replacement and you need to wait a month or more for it to arrive. No fun going without a dishwasher, washing machine or refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks. And forget about shopping around for the best deal, the gift card is for one dealership only. On top of that the gift card barely covers the delivery charge and installation. YOU DO NOT GET A REPLACEMENT!
They were helpful and efficient. I liked the way they got right to work and completed the goal without issue.
Quick to help resolve our issues with our dryer. He even vacuumed the inside of the dryer to keep it safe.
