Their plans offer comprehensive protection against the high cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via two different plans. Each plan also features additional coverage for Septic Systems, Pool / Spa, Well Pump, Sump Pump, Central Vacuum, Limited Roof Leak, Second Refrigerator, and Standalone Freezers.

Your employees are not helpful, they display a poor and unwilling attitude. They don't display empathy or acknowledge the problem.
Not happy with the air conditioning company AireServ in Melbourne, FL. The worker asked me to pay the labor charges and Choice Home warranty told me they should not have done this. It's not the money, it's just the principle. I'm home alone, with 2 men in my home and I felt uncomfortable with the situation. And I was afraid they wouldn't have fixed my air conditioner. I am happy with the Warranty company and how they helped us with the situation. Thank you.
Last claim still unresolved, waiting on word from Choice on contractos’s solution to the problem
Plumber was professional and courteous. His job performance was A+ and I love the way that he cleaned up after himself and put everything back the way it was.
No contact with me as the one who purchased the warranty and have now made my first and only claim. I have not had any contact with you after the technician you contacted came to my house, inspected the heat pump, called you to explain the problem (fan motor inop) and then, without any contact from you, explained the issue to me and stated hat your technician made the determination that the warranty would not cover the cost of the replacement fan. NO explanation made to me at all from ANYONE from Choice Home Warranty. NONE.
Mr. Scott Gross was a professional in every sense of the word. He was bot professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and informed us of how to save some money in the process (senior citizen discount). He deserves to be rewarded for a job well done! The worst, bad home warranty company. They're very fast in getting your money, but never responded to your claim. Never pick up the phone for the claim dept. I call and waited for 45 minutes .I just get tired of waiting. Do not buy a home warranty to this company this is a scamp!!!
Have been trying to get my A/C fixed for the last 2 weeks, My unit is maintained and cleaned every year and now your contractor comes out and tells you that my unit was dirty and doesn't note it upon his receipt(because it was clean). I called him up and called him a liar and his response was 'I thought it was dirty'. On several occasions I have to wait for someone to answer the phone anywhere from 40min to 1 hr 5 min. Then I have to listen to your jingle talk about how CHW provides peace of mind coverage. So very wrong on many levels
The contractor was scheduled for Wed. but called with an opening for Tues. Took a short time to diagnose my dishwasher & ordered a * drain pump * for it. It will take about #4 days to get. Paid $45.00 cash with a receipt & I'll see them again soon... *** Choice; " So far so good."
May 8th placed a call for plumber. First appt. Was may 14th, changed to 15th then 16th . 8 days is too long for service. Given opportunity to handle problem ourselves but one reason we chose warranty service was to get problems resolved quickly by qualified companies without hassel.
