Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I have had Choice for 3 and 1/2 years. Every time I filed a claim I had an awful experience to get the problem fixed. Their first response is always refusal due to maintenance issues-even before anyone had looked at the problem. They claim to make the customer stress free. I have had exactly the opposite experience. My a/c broke down when the temperature was 115 and Choice eventually refused my request to have them pay $1500 when I replaced the whole system for $11,000. I do not recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone. Even their vendors recommend any other warranty but Choice. They are a customer "no service" company that cause the customer un-ending STRESS!
Very satisfied with service provided by Yantra Air. Called to let me know that he could arrive earlier which made me extremely happy. Expained issue with my air conditioning and fixed it in a prompt manner.
This was my first time use of Choice Warranty and great experience.

8/18 While comparison shopping home warranties, I called Choice. The gentleman was initially friendly stating he would get me a good price. We talked for a bit about their plan and said he could lock in the premium right now. When I explained that I wanted a quote to compare with other quotes with my wife, he got an attitude. He said I should call back when I am ready to buy then he would give me a price. I ended the call and told him I would take my business elsewhere.
Their representatives are very friendly, courteous and efficient. Their service provider partners are the same. Elite Pro and Brown Mechanical reps were very courteous and patiently explained the problems, including the whys, hows and whats. And Choice's reasonable price and call fees puts them over the top! Thanks, Choice!
The company that came out did an very good job and replacing a component which fixed the issue right away.
Note: Please have shoe covers available for your technicians as mud came in on their shoes.
Otherwise they did a very good job.
Choice Home Warranty is the Best!.
You are right there when I need you. You do all the work for me. You get well qualified company to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Lots of times it can fixed the same day but if not the same day it is very soon the next day. They have fixed my dryer and washer and my dryer again(something different)just yesterday. The guy was a very nice person and cleaned his mess up. Choice Home Warranty knows exactly who to call to help you. They're experience is wonderful and that really helps you the people. Thank you!
