This company is not legit just look at the small print . You're not really covered. They are a scam that just wants your money trust me . They got me for 5000.00 dollars I was with them since 2018 to now not anymore. My car tore up they refused to fix it . And denied my claim. SCAM!!!!!
This company is a complete scam! I signed up because they told me I would get free oil changes, all I had to do was call from the repair facility. I used a Pepboys in Denver, and in so much as I have a 180 mile commute daily I was in every 4 to 6 weeks for an oil change. What they did not tell is they only operate ON EST, 2 hrs different from my time. So conveniently they were never there. Living in the mountains 25 miles from the nearest town it was not possible to make another 50 mile trip since they only work half days on the weekend. Protect My Car is a totally awesome Company. My car engine blew-up in the middle of L.A. traffic, so I called them and they recommend a towing company and provided me with a rental car throughout the ordeal as my engine was being replaced. I talk to Andrew and he was very professional in working with me and the dealership to resolve my issuers in a timely manner. They only charged me the $100.00 deductible and the engine replacement and labor cost thousands of dollars. I can't say enough about the Customer Service and how excellent there responses were. So if you are looking for a extended vehicle service warranty contract, give the a call, you want regret it.
The one thing about this company is when you file a claim they try their best to deny it and then they try to bump you down on a lower policy once you accept that lower policy because you feel there's no way out and then you cancel the policy because you either trade your vehicle in or sell it they want to charge you a $50 fee for counseling all they want is your money so my best advice never ever do business with protect my car there are not out for your best interest they only out for theirs in to make money they're full of b*******

I didn't think I needed coverage until I was going down the highway and unexpectedly my car just staled out. I was in big trouble. I didn't have any coverage and no one to help. I had to pay for everything out of pocket for the labor, repairs, a tow, and rental car. That was very expensive. After all that I got smart and made sure I was covered. About a year later I had some more car problems but wasn't feared this time. I just took my ID card from the glove box, gave them a call and they sent help right away. They reimbursed me for my rental car and covered everything but my $100 deductible. It was stress lifted off my shoulders and money saved in my pocket book.
Protect my car has the best options for me. They worked with the price and got the payments down to what I needed them to be. They have been true to their word and I like them so far.
Protect My Car rates were great, which was why I chose them. They took care of the claim that I filed. At first, they said the claim wasn't covered on the protection plan but an hour later, it was covered. The vehicle was fixed in a day. Good service.
When my car broke down abut a month ago, I was so upset. It is never good news when you see smoke from the hood and it putters out. I didn't fear though because I grabbed my ID card from the glove box and called protect my car and they came to the rescue. A $1,500 repair bill turned into $100 out of my wallet. That was such a relief and I'm so glad I have them to protect me.
My experience was nice. I was recommended by a friend and am happy that they talked to me about getting my car covered. Its been a good decision.
