NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.
Since 2013, Delta Auto Protect has provided affordable extended car warranties throughout the United States. Located in Philadelphia, this company offers 24/7/365 roadside service, transferable service agreements, and Automotive Service Excellence-certified technicians.

Delta Auto Protect's plans are some of the most affordable in the industry with industry-average restrictions and covered components. Warranties are backed by an A.M. Best "A" rated insurance company. The company offers specialty system coverage including high-tech electronic components and factory navigation systems.

The company's online reputation, however, has much room for improvement. It is rated "poor" by Trustpilot and F by the BBB. Delta Auto Protect requires that diagnoses and repairs be conducted by ASE-certified mechanics.

It also has its own ASE-certified technicians on staff to facilitate communications between Delta and the repair facility, and to review diagnoses and estimates.

Delta Auto Protect reserves the right to supply the necessary covered replacement parts for a given vehicle, a reservation which has been the source of some customer complaints when the supplied parts did not function properly.

Delta Auto Protect has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and a number of negative reviews and comments. The BBB also has an alert on Delta's page that states "It has come to BBB’s attention that the business is requesting that a customer(s) withdraw complaints filed through BBB as a condition of resolving the complaints. BBB does not withdraw complaints under these circumstances." The company's reputation on Trust Pilot is no better and earns it a "Poor" rating. Many customers complain that the company is very difficult to communicate with.

The customer service at Delta Auto Protect always goes above and beyond whenever I need them. They always make me feel at ease knowing they are just a phone call away. Whenever a problem arises they are there for me. They solve any problems I have in a fast and friendly manner. They arranged for a tow and a rental car when my car would not turn over. When the repairs were finished, I paid my deductible and was on my way. I highly recommend Delta Auto Protect.

I needed gas because my car ran out of gas on my way to my family birthday party. I gave Delta Auto Protect a call and they brought gas to me!! Highly recommend Delta Auto Protect to everybody! Thanks Delta Auto Protect, you guys are a big help to me and my family!!

Delta Auto Protect to the rescue! My phone died while driving home from work which is an hour drive. My car completely shut down and I had no clue why! I called Delta Auto Protect one call and they were out there in a flash and let me know my battery had a terrible cell!! They gave me a boost and I was on my way home to my family. My warranty was running out on the vehicle I have as it is getting older and I realized that I wouldn't be able to extend the warranty through the manufacturer. Plus that warranty seemed to cover everything but the parts I always needed repairs on. I researched online and seemed to find the most comprehensive and highly rated extended warranty to go with. At this company, everyone knows what they are talking about. They really know cars and can basically answer every and all my questions. Not only that but the buying experience was easy because they did not pressure me. I'm very satisfied.

Delta is taking over two days just to respond back to the dealer service provider; meanwhile, I'm without a car or transportation. Many attempts by the service provider and myself were made to get authorization from Delta for the repair but were unsuccessful. I’m greatly disappointed with the service and their lack of response.

My warranty on my car expired about a year ago and one of my friends advised me to get an extended warranty plan. I ignored it because I thought of it as another bill. About 3 months ago my radiator went bad in my truck. It cost me a little over $800 to repair. Since then I purchased me an extended warranty plan. For a small payment every month I could’ve had my radiator repaired at minimal cost to me. Now if anything goes wrong on my car , if my extended warranty covers it I'm all good. I recommend purchasing an extended warranty plan.

Purchasing an auto extended warranty was one of the wisest decisions I’ve made, second to buying my car! I'm really glad I found this company. Their coverage is so extensive. It literally will save me hundreds of dollars when it comes to repairs and minor service needs. I've successfully had my transmission repaired (at an affordable price to me) under my coverage. At the price I paid to opt in, that peace of mind and coverage can’t be beat.

My windshield wiper motor wasn't working, 2 of my tires were low on air, and my drive axle was causing an incessant clicking noise. My extended warranty was able to cover the cost of my windshield wiper motor fix, and my drive axle replacement. I only had to pay a small portion, which left me with more money in my pocket to take care of my tires. I would've never anticipated all of these problems happening at one time, but I am happy I had my extended warranty to provide me with some "financial support." I feel so lucky because without my warranty, I would've had to pay a pretty penny to have my repairs done. I am already thinking about renewing and upgrading my policy.

I’ve been using Delta extended warranty for many years now and I am quite happy with their services. One agent in particular, Libby, has always been helpful to me, even when I was uncertain about what to do. For example, when the handle on my car door was broken, I thought I could just repair it myself. She urged me not to, sharing that it would be more cost-effective (for me) and efficient if I just bring it into the shop and have it done. And she was right. The local garage was able to do a replace in 5 minutes, and the part as well as the labor was covered by my warranty. Less work and more money for me!

Don't waste your time with this delta warranty. they will take your money, but if you cancel the policy you will never see a refund. every time you call it's take forever to get someone on the line and then they lie to you. beware of this company. 1600.00 bucks they owe me...….
