We definitely will use Moving APT again! They were responsive and arrived promptly, giving us a courtesy call in the morning. The guys were also friendly and efficient. They also took a lot of care in packing up our things, so everything was safe and secure. Great experience!
Research has shown that moving home is more stressful than a relationship breakdown or even a new job Lol! so I was expecting the worst when I moved on the 23rd of August. Working with these movers certainly took the stress out of the move, and in fact, the team was fantastic. From the initial meeting with Mike, the preparation for me with additional wardrobe boxes was delivered ahead of time, and the service on the day was nothing short of outstanding. Mike and the team were great. We had an in-house service. The guys moved our furniture to enable us to have our entire house re carpeted. I highly recommend these two guys as well as Moving APT for their professionalism.
I decided to call for help after I suffered the stress of moving last time. Moving Apt offered a very good rate, so I went with them immediately. The foreman and his team showed up early in the morning and they worked like professionals and their attitudes were totally polite and friendly. The guys promptly had all my items loaded in a short period of time. Their unloading service was just as speedy as the loading. They did not wreck a single item which made me very happy! I will definitely refer them to everyone.
They were professional and punctual. They moved everything to my house in TX in just two-hours. They even arranged some of my furniture too. I will recommend using them. Thanks.
They have essentially held my stuff hostage for going on a month now. paid extra to move up the window. they missed it. no refund. then they missed the original window. nothing. then a few days later they show up and want another $500. I pay it to get it over with because I have to move to start my new job. well here we are a month later and i still don't have my stuff. all customer support could offer was an "I'm sorry, we can't do anything." no partial refund for the extra fees or anything. I am at the point where i honestly believe their 5-star reviews were bought and would highly advise anyone against using them to move.
Moving APT moved us across NH a couple of weeks ago, and this was the best moving experience we have had, hands down. They were prompt, very efficient, and took great care of our belongings. The team was very courteous, and I never felt any concern during the move. The guys barely took a break at lunch to eat and were done much quicker than anticipated. They laid down protective coverings for our wood floors, and we did not have one mark on the wall when they left. The prices are fair, and we did not have anything damaged at the close. 100% recommend!
We asked for estimates/quotes from several movers but found their pricing transparent and competitive. The crew assessed our requirements most accurately and realistically e.g. others were suggesting a 2-day move was necessary but these hardworking folks knew it could easily be done in 1 day. We felt that was correct, as we had little furniture but a reasonable pile of belongings. The team of 4 arrived at 8.15 a.m. and were heading for new home by 11.30 a.m. They unloaded swiftly and carefully. There were no breakages and no damage to the stuff. We were very pleased. I contacted Moving APT about moving some items from TX to FL. They were picked up on the agreed date. Took a little over a week and then it was on its way to y. It was packed very well and arrived with no problems. Last but not least I want to give a shout out to Montero in the main office. She was very helpful in getting the freight rolling into FL.
I moved last Summer. I found the experience from start to finish brilliant. I found this moving firm was quoting me the best price by a considerable margin but felt completely at ease after speaking with Leonard explaining he would be putting all my goods into storage at the other end. There were no letters and flyers being sent out to me which I was very happy about unlike many other firms. On the day of the move, they arrived early and got straight on with the job.
