This company charged me $757 which was supposed to be 1/3 of my moving. Then they stopped returning my calls. They missed a quality assurance appointment, but I sat around and waited for them for they refunded my money. And then before I knew it, they charged me again. I don’t know who these People are, but they seem to be experts in separating me from my money. I am a disabled veteran with brain damage and I do not appreciate this treatment.
My brother told me about Moving apt. When I called them and asked for a quote I was quite nervous. A move is not supposed to be cheap. On top of that, I own a lot of belongings which would take a long time to pack. But the rate they asked for seemed more than reasonable. They even promised to send very capable men who’d try to finish the job as soon as possible. The crew really was fantastic. They listened to the instructions carefully and packed everything with efficiency. I was very impressed seeing how quickly, but meticulously, they were working. Moving Apt didn’t even require me to be present when they packed up my apartment. That is how professional and trustworthy they are. This company is just amazing. Their rates are just top-notch and always reasonable. The men they employ are very experienced and skilled. When I received everything, all my things were intact, not even a new scratch on any of them. I really don’t think another moving company exists that can show this level of reliability. I just have to recommend them.
Moving Apt had a long distance to cover during my last move. But they really came to the party. Their men were very well trained and extremely efficient. They packed up my belongings very quickly and loaded the van. When they made the delivery, I rushed to check the inventory. Fortunately, all my valuables survived the distance without any scratches on them. I have to take my hats off to these guys for how responsible they turned out to be.
Moving companies charge separately for the movers and the vehicles so it gets quite confusing at times. I hoped Moving apt wouldn’t give me a ridiculous quote, which they didn’t. Many moving companies quote you low but then the men take forever to finish packing and loading resulting in a huge bill. However, the movers from Moving apt weren’t like the others. They were very professional and the clock didn’t start till they arrived and started actual work. I don’t have a lot of stuff. But even then, I felt they were very quick at the job, thorough as well. I think their efficiency definitely saved me a lot of money.
Worst move experience in my life, and I've relocated 7 times with other movers. First, APT is a broker, they don't make that clear up front. They collect a fee and turn you over to whichever mover takes the job, then you are on your own. Once they turn you over they no longer return calls or answer the phone, they no longer care. They movers then jack up the price. In my case the price double from 3K to 6K....to move a 2 BR apartment 300 miles. The overs they hired extorted more money from us, they held our goods for a ransom. Never have I seen movers as capable as the ones from Moving Apt. I was just taken by surprise with the efficiency and skills displayed by the four men. The company quoted quite reasonably to begin with. So I wasn’t expecting much from them. But the movers who arrived right on the clock were anything but inefficient. They packed up everything very quickly and loaded them onto the van. It took them just 3 hours to finish the job. I will only hire them from now on.
Moving Apt made my interstate move look funnily easy. They were punctual, attentive and very professional. The whole packing and loading process of a 4-bedroom house took them just 2 hours. Not only were they fast, they were good at the job too. The proof is that none of my valuables suffered the slightest bit of damage on the way. They even unpacked and assembled my furniture at my new house. I am so lucky that I got these men to move my stuff. They displayed all that efficiency and they charged me the minimum for it.
I didn’t know much about Moving Apt while hiring them. They quoted the lowest, so I hired them. They turned out to be quite reliable. The movers packed everything swiftly and there was no drama while they loaded everything. I was quite impressed seeing how the four men handled my heavy furniture. A few pieces did suffer little dents and 2 glasses broke on the way. But I am willing to forget that given how cheap this company was. There was no extra billing and the movers even helped me unpack everything. None of my things went missing, which is a common situation with other moving companies.
I had hired Moving apt before around 3 years back. Back then, they weren’t the most efficient company in the business. They weren’t bad though. But there was plenty of room for improvement. Just out of curiosity to see how they have evolved over the years, I hired them again last month to move my stuff. I was amazed to see how much they have improved. Their crew arrived on time just like before. The real improvement was in the way the movers worked. They weren’t very efficient before. But this time they were done with the job in just 2 hours. Some of my things were damaged last time. This time, nothing was broken or damaged. Amazingly, they still charge the same rates as they used to.
