If I could give less than one star I would. I've have had to hire an attorney and filed a complaint with the BBB. The last thing on my list is to clue others in to my misfortune, and steer you away from this company. I was lied to about pricing and services multiple times. When I tried to contact the company as I was instructed to do, no one was available to take my calls, emails, or texts - what a joke. The broker (Moving APT) said the moving company they contracted would arrive between 5-7pm on 11/17 with three men to perform a professional premium moving service. Two men showed and provided an extremely sub-par service that ran until 2am on 11/18. The broker failed to let them... Read More
We truly appreciate the rep coming to our home to assess our moving needs prior to providing a price. The movers worked in a professional manner and helped in any way they can. It made the move less stressful.
the customer service agent Fitz Mitchell was very rude, combative and continued to contact me repeatedly and harrassing me, I asked him to not contact me any future yet he sent several more emails. attached are the emails he sent me How many moving companies have asked you for your inventory? and you don't want to provide or do things your way.
