I went with this company to move my parent across country. Sweet as pie until you sign the contract. Promises of great customer service every step of the way, great communication. Lies. They were late picking up. Said we could pay with cc and then wanted CASH. Promised delivery in 3-7 days (21 was the maximum) and it took over 30. Promised a daily refund if it was late - not true. Dispatch lied and lied for weeks trying to get a delivery date. Whe he finally showed up, the stuff was packed to the brim of the truck - 10 boxes high. Everything was crushed. Every step of working with Moving APT was a nightmare. When the movers they coordinated failed to come when Moving APT said they would, Moving APT employees stopped taking our calls after saying they would work to fix things. The movers they coordinated were extremely rude, broke several furniture pieces, and failed to deliver two large items. Throughout this process Moving APT failed to take any responsibility. A thoroughly unprofessional company--do yourself a favor and work with local companies.
Moving APT has been terrible to work with from the start: while they seem to be careful and thorough, having multiple checks and documents to sign, having a "quality assurance" call to make sure the list of items we're bringing is accurate and the price being fair, everything falls apart when the move actually happens. Though we were moving our items only three hours from Michigan to Illinois, which they assured would take us no more than 1-2 business days, though the contract stipulated a 5-7 day estimate (which we were told we could ignore), they had no control over the movers when the movers said the estimate was incorrect and they'd take the full seven days for the move. Last May 2018, I was moved from Northampton, Ma. to Santa Cruz, Ca. Moving Apt more than fulfilled my
expectations. Brian was the person who set everything in place and was very patient to explain the process. I was very happy and satisfied. Everything arrived safely, nothing was missing or broken and all the moving people

Rebecca was great in explaining the details related to my very first time using a mover. Even though I was a little concerned because of the horror stories I heard about hiring movers, she made me feel at ease by explaining the process and assuring that MovingApt will be there to help till the end. I was pleased with the level of their service and also their movers' service.
Moving Apt has moved my belongings 3 times now and it's always been a good experience. They have always showed up on time and displayed amazing skills at packing everything. They used the right amount of packing materials to safeguard my valuables. In 3 movers, they have managed to put a scratch on one coffee table. That is really great for a moving company. I relocate quite often and Moving Apt has become my go-to moving company.
Excellent customer service and very competitive rates, my move went very smooth, the movers were punctual they have by far the best customer service and keep you informed from A to Z. I did research before I hired a moving Company and I can honestly say everything I read about this Company is Correct, Great service, and great prices. I will hire Moving Apt in future for sure.
Crew of 3 from Moving Apt showed up on time and started working immediately. They wrapped everything to protect from scratches and were very courteous and professional. They were required to move my contents a very long distance but they managed to do so on time. When they arrived at the new apartment they unloaded with speed and took care to put items. where requested. They cleaned up all their paper and wrappings and I have to say it was the absolute best move I have ever experienced. If you want a great stress-free move you should call these guys!
Moving Apt handled a perfect move me a few months ago. Their quote was quite low given the market standard. The customer service was very friendly. The movers arrived right on time on the moving day. They were very well equipped and took very less time to finish packing everything. The loading process went smoothly. They delivered everything on the promised date and all my valuables traveled well. I really couldn't fault anything.
Don’t use this mover! I scheduled a move for two months away. I than had to cancel the next day and they charged me $499.00 to cancel. What a rip off with no services being provided....
