This was our fourth inter-State move, and we keep returning to Moving APT because of their excellent services. Michael , in particular, did a fantastic job leading this crew on both days of packing and loading. The team respected him, and he readily rolled up his sleeves and worked side-by-side with them to get the work done. He made sure to keep us up to date on the progress and next steps. He was respectful and protective of our house and stuff and ensured everything was correctly packaged and tagged. He was friendly and courteous throughout the two days, providing confidence and reassurance, making it a great move experience! Thanks, team!
I was about to move on a Monday and scheduled a move with another company on Sunday before. This company canceled on me on Sunday, I moved it to Monday, and then reneged on me AGAIN! I was in tears and sad. These guys showed up fast! They were there the following day bright and early! I showed them where to grab the stuff, and they did the work efficiently without needing guidance while on a call. They loaded three rooms from my house into the storage unit within 1.5 hours. Everything went amazingly well.
I still remember my first experience with a moving company. They destroyed half of my objects and they charged me a lot for a low-quality service. I became skeptical about this type of service, until I met Moving Apt. They are great! They are quick, smart and careful with objects. No damages at all and no extra fees! You should definitely use their services if you have the opportunity.
My sister recommended Moving apt to me when I was doing a long distance move last month. They did a terrific job during the process and I was able to move into my new home very quickly. Their services are affordable for most people, even those on a budget just like I was. I am thankful! I shall highly recommend this genuine moving company.
I had a terrible experience using Moving APT. They apparently have no criteria for the actual moving companies they contract the jobs to. I was moving across the country (from Louisiana to Seattle) and had a 3 day window for pickup set up. The company that was contracted for my move did not pick up my things until 2 weeks after that window closed, after I had already relocated. My previous landlord was about as upset as I was. It also took 3 weeks for my things to arrive after being picked up. The move itself was quick and painless and our belongings arrived on time without any damage. The moving crew was polite, professional, and very careful with my things. They let me know when they'd be arriving and were on time and incredibly efficient. From the start to the last box the moving team made things very smooth and painless for us! Well done Moving Apt!
The two guys who moved us did such a great job, especially considering the long hours and tough work. The lift in our apartment complex broke down during the move and resulted in most of our heavy items having to be carried downstairs from the third floor. Both the guys displayed a professional can-do attitude and worked with a great attitude until the job was completed. I chose Moving APT for the second time because they are honest and clear in their communication and fees. They offer competitive rates too. Highly recommended.
All of the Moving APT representatives involved with our relocation were professional and took great care of our belongings. Our moving team went out of their way to help in this transition to a new location and we appreciate all of their help. They went above and beyond. Our Account Coordinator, (Raymond) was excellent throughout the relocation process. Brandon checked in with us often. He also ensured that everything was okay once our items were moved out and then again when the moving team completed on the other end. Much appreciated! I would highly recommend them!
We had an enjoyable moving experience because of Moving APT. They arrived before time and understood that we wanted to keep the process short. We had loosely packed some small items to transport later because we wanted to save time and only wanted Moving APT to take the big and heavy items. However, they so efficiently packed EVERYTHING in no time while we just relaxed. They took excellent care of our delicate (but heavy) furniture, and we incurred no damages! They were even very respectful of our new home and its cleanliness and placed the items very carefully in spaces we asked them to. I would highly recommend them. :)
60 heavy boxes from KS to NY- arrived at the port on 21 Dec, Moving APT can arrange the delivery to my house on 23 Dec! Incredible! I never expected I could get the shipment before Christmas, and I was impressed by the efficiency and considerations of the team. A big thank you and kudos to the crew that delivered the shipment to our house, they are professional, efficient, and very patient with us. The boxes were all very heavy, but they swiftly moved all 60 heavy boxes into the house within 30 mins, and pointed out which box they were carrying so I could make sure nothing was missed.
