They were completely transparent and affordable. They did a great job. We moved out of a condo in which can be a problem, but they were on time to help with all our needs. They even did unnecessary little things because our movers were pleasant, professional, and helpful. I would recommend them!
Last month Moving APT assisted our company with the relocation of our office. I am very pleased to say that all went as planned. There were no surprises, last minute changes or unexpected charges. The staff at the office were competent and fully capable of fulfilling our needs and deadlines. They followed through with all the guarantees they gave to us. Thank you guys for ensuring our expanding business has a relocation partner for our growing needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to any business or individual looking for a moving company.
Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Their communication is poor and services even poorer. We moved halfway across the country and really needed some assistance with our move. We were excited to have found someone to help with the legwork of getting packers, movers, storage, and drop off but this company did NOT make our move easier, they made it significantly worse. From giving us wrongful quoted dates and times, to over charging based on actual usage and not issuing refund, to a large portion of our items damaged upon delivery, many to the point of not being even usable. No damages or stolen items and I paid probably the lowest rate ever, but it doesn’t mean that I got bad service. I liked that they respected my conditions and deadlines and I love the fact that I paid the initial price. Also there were no damages and no missing items. The guys were glad to help at my new place too. So without a single doubt, I highly recommend Moving apt!
This was the easiest move I've had in years. We've had to move multiple times across and out of state over the last fifteen years, and this was by far our best experience. The set-up was straightforward, with excellent communication from the company about who was coming, the time, and the estimated move time. We had Miller and crew. The guys moved us without any problem. I would recommend using them.
I had a one-bedroom apartment that I was moving to another condo ten-min away. The move was good. The two movers were polite, careful, and took their time.
They were not on time. They were early! Fantastic since the move was in the hot month of July! I hope never to move again, lol. But if I do, I will call them again! Thanks.
Having to carry big furniture and making sure they move well is a tremendous job. I called them, and they offered me a very fair hourly quote. The guys came on time on a moving day. The four men were very professionals and helpful. My entire house was wrapped, packed, carried, and loaded onto two vans very fastly and carefully by them. This kind of professionalism saves people a lot of money with these moving companies. These guys were so experienced that I never even had a thing to worry about.
I used Moving APT twice, and they did an outstanding job both times. I recommended that they move an employee to TX from ID after having a bad experience with another moving firm. This time the move went well and without damage. Try them! Moving APT is making an excellent name for itself.
The entire panic and anxiety I had before moving disappeared when the moving team came to my home. They were professional and finished the task very quickly. The charge was neither high nor I got extra charges in the end. There wasn’t even any damage! It was great, right? Moving Apt is very professional and I think they are doing a fantastic job. They are highly recommended!
