This is a great product and company. This is a great product and company! They made the process so incredibly easy! Byte is so far well worth the money compared to other similar companies but as soon as they sell you on it the support disappears. Luckily you don't need much but in my case it's causing some issues/ delays in finishing my treatment.

I was suggested to use the night byte and was told it would only take about 4 months and my teeth would be straight. It’s been a year now and I have followed their instructions to the dot. However there is still no change. I have had to get a new set because the retainers they projected didn’t fit. However the customer is amazing just not the best product :(. My Brother in law got Invisalign and his teeth were much worse than mine and are almost completely straight after 6 months

When we receive a customer's impressions our dental team does its best to create a custom treatment plan with a projected end date. Because every person's anatomy is different sometimes teeth are a bit more stubborn than anticipated and we may have to slow treatment down a bit or make adjustments. We are proud to offer our Aligner Guarantee, where if a customer has reached the end of treatment and is not happy with the results our team can re-evaluate those results. If approved, we will provide additional treatment at no extra cost to get to the results we promised. Our Aligner Guarantee is contingent on having followed all of the treatment guidelines. The people at Byte are friendly and helpful. I do wish they were less persistent but I think that is their marketing strategy to retain customers. The return on my investment is beyond my expectations. I can't believe the improvement this aligner system has made on my teeth and smile! I have highly recommended this product to all my friends and family.

Amazing experience! I’m on week 6 of my treatment and already see results. It’s super comfortable and easy and I can’t wait for my new smile! Their customer service is amazing and the bright Byte whitening foam is an added bonus!

can't speak to anyone else's experience, but Byte definitely worked for me. The process was easy, affordable, and I had a perfectly straight smile at the end of it. It's not for everyone, though. If you have severe issues, Byte won't be able to help
