Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The aligners themselves (on week 4) seem to be doing the trick. However, the customer service, afterwards, needs improvement. It would be nice to have one contact (to text) throughout the journey. 1st of all, the ph number... Wow. 45 - 90 wait time. I had a few simple questions. Each time.. The "so called chat", isn't a chat at all, it's an automated redirect to fill out a support form, which you will Wait 3-5 days for an email response. You cannot respond to the email for additional questions with the same issue. You need to redo another support form. If you can.. No one responded back that way. Expensive and all about the overly expensive whitening products. They lied and said whitening came with it, but $30 per bottle that last less than a month. Be ready to spend hundreds extra. Also, the vibration mouthpiece was damaged. To replace it is $700 for a $10 item. Total scam!

The results I got were good and this is a much cheaper solution than what I was quoted for Invisalign. That being said, their customer service is terrible and no one told me that I could adjust the treatment plan before I purchased. Had I known this, I would have only purchased aligners for my bottom teeth. Any time I’ve had to reach out their customer service is sub-par. The product works though and my bottom teeth look much better than before!
