Feel misled by company, product did not fit and customer service has long response times. After reporting issue with fit, cuts, and abrasions to my mouth after 2 hours of wear. I would have never expected a customer service fix per Dentist would be to have me modify the product by myself at home but cutting and modifying. Which BTW did not work and told NO REFUNDS EVER. (that is hidden on the website)
