Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

the service rep was very courteous and diligently explained to me the T&C's, which are pretty restrictive (no coverage the first month, very limited coverage the first 3 months like 150US cap, then a cap of 400/500 USD depending on the products ...which not significant in front of the valuable items covered). it is unfortunate that these T&C's are explained to me after facts and not at the point of sale with the Sales Rep. i would have changed my mind and i'm glad i didn't take the multi year contract proposal.

Zach was very patient and accommodating with our renewal requests and wasn't too pushy with our policy renewal. We also had an issue with our washing machine and oven last year and we had both items repaired without any hassles involved. We have been with Select Home Warranty for a little over 2 years and are extremely satisfied with the service and the policy coverage that we decided to renew for another 3 years and was offered a real good deal for being a loyal customer.
