Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I called this morning about my stove. Choice got right on it and a technician was at my home two hours later. My claim has been handled because of Choice and their awesome response to issues. Thank you Choice Home Warranty.
Although it is too soon to judge Goice Home Warranty Company, I must say that Anthony Mignosi convinced me to give it a try. There was no hard sales pitch, just a person who seemed to actually believes in his product. I’m not very easily sold, so hats off to him. Nothing much to lose, but a whole lot to gain. Hopefully I just bought myself some peace of mind. Priceless!
I was very pleased with timely manner in which my claim was processed. I made one call and the next day I was given an appointment with a plumber. The following day new garbage disposal was installed. Thank you for the fast service.
The sales Rep was very thorough, friendly and fully addressed all of my questions and concerns. Parameters of the Warranty appear to be better than those I researched with other Companies. Choice appears to be a good company to do business with.
Never use Choice Home Warranty. They use low level pay off tactics that only provide 50% of the $$ to replace an appliance to the policy owner instead of actually replacing it. As always, the devil is in the details of the fine print of the warranty details.
Paul was great. Thanks of course I was not sitting at a desk so it was difficult to access payment method, plus I got a 25 $ parking ticket.
This warranty so far has been pretty useless to me.. so far I have paid for 4 or 5 service calls, just to find out that its not covered by the warranty.. and what has been covered was a super cheap fix that would have probably cost less than the service fee.. anything serious you need done that's gonna cost a bit, they miraculously don't cover it. I've been sorely dissappointed in their service.. if u do get it, be sure to read all the print.. like it will cover your water heater, the components to it, not the actual tank.. it will cover your a/c unit, if it's just a change of cheap parts, other stuff, nope.. when the guy came out for my plumbing, they told me that unless it could be... Maurice could not have been any more professional and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and he had the answers. I will recommend him to anyone needing this service.
The only thing I am not real pleased about is having to pay the three year policy off in three consecutive months. Being a person who lives on Social Security income, that makes it very difficult to afford.
The sales representative, Brad, was polite and knowledgeable during the initial and sign up period for a contract with Choice Home Warranty. We cancelled our previous warranty company and signed up with Choice. We hope Choice will prove to be more advantageous, by quickly responding to our requests, and providing us with excellent service. We will be able to make a more valid rating as time permits, and by the type of services we receive from Choice in the future.
So far they have been great with a good rate and a good service charge. Hopefully when I actually need the use them everything will also go smoothly.

Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
