Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I contacted Choice Home Warranty about a issue I was having with my garage door and they set up to have a technician to come out. They came within 2 days of reporting my claim. I love the friendly staff and response time.
had good experience with service so bought for another house. washer broke so they send me check in 2 weeks love it
I have had to call on Choice a few times and every time they were professional, respectful and always on time! I will renew my Choice Ultimate contract for sure!
Our claim was handled quickly with immediate approval for the repair and timely service. Very good job.
Rep. was very clear explaning detailed information and was very nice. He made sure I completly understood the information.
I love Choice Home Warranty. The AC company that does my maintenance said I needed a new$15,000 unit. I called choice warranty that night and had an appointment for the next morning. The tech called ahead and was right on time. He meticulously went over the system and found the problem. Within 15 minutes choice had approved the repair. The air conditioner is just like new. All this for only a $45 copay.
Waiting on my repair date.
Was told it would be a 24hour waiting. Time For notification on service.
Every experience Iāve had with this company has been horrible. They donāt cover anything! Save your money or go through another company!

Choice Home Warranty provides home warranty service coverage on the systems and appliances listed as āINCLUDEDā under the terms of the User Agreement sent to you at purchase.
Our policy covers mechanical failure due to normal wear and tear. We encourage all of our customers to review their coverage. It may also be found on www.choicehomewarranty.com/user-agreement/.
I renewed my warranty today. Rachel Ivey was the customer rep that got me back to you. However when I got the email confirmation, it showed the service call fee to be $85, where my old plan had a $65 service call fee. I called her back and she said she would change it to $65. I have not received confirmation that it has been done, so I called again and left a message for her to call me back, but have note heard from her. I will have to reevaluate my decision if the service fee remains at $85. The policy number on the email is 411780251, and my name is Fred Tate

I love how easy it is to use my home warranty. When my husband complained about the sink being clogged and unable to fix it, I was like, "It's covered, give me a minute and I will file a claim." And when they were not able to get someone asap they gave me the option of finding someone if I wanted immediate assistance with the ability to be reimbursed.
