Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Had a boiler problem, they came the next day. Wish they would have came the same day. But with everything that's going on(Corona) I guess the is good!
The service was good came out in one day . The company that come out was great

The professionals that Choice Home Warranty recommends are professionals of their crafts. They are kind, courteous and extremely respectful. They know what needs to be repaired and from my experience with CHW, I will continue to chose CHW for my service provider.
Everyone told me not to waste my money. I should have listened. Paid for two years before making my first claim. Of course, I paid my $60 service fee and then the claim was denied. I was referred to page 11, item 7B of my agreement - the small print. Silly of me to think Choice Warranty was in business to help.
What else can we expect from a business only out to make money?

We cover most mechanical failures that happen due to normal wear and tear on the main systems, items and appliances in your home.
Choice Home Warranty does encourage all of our customers to review their coverage.
I have had Choice Home Warranty for approximately 4 year now and I have used their services about 7 or 8 times. Every time I have called on them for help, I have always been very satisfied with the service technicians that have come out to resolve my current problem. Choice Home Warranty has proven to be a great Choice for me.
The minimum it allows is 2. 1/2 stars. It won't let you go any lower otherwise I would have given it a lower rating. Its rare if ever they actually send a contractor out. You normally have to find your own. They don't refund you the cost of the damaged item.
They recently had someone come out for a stoppage and wouldn't cover the toilet being taken out to look bfir the stoppage.
I paid for 5 years and once it's over, I will not use this company or even recommend it.
