Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Lydia Colvert, Case Manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative in resolving my claim no. 210283267 for a microwave replacement. Although I disagreed at first with a tone of frustration wanting CHW to reimburse me more than $191 to account for the filler kit to compensate for a 36" size microwave space between the cabinets, Lydia took the time to explain with a consummate professional demeanor by relaying pertinent information per the contract as to what is covered and what isn't. As a result, I was pleased with the outcome of providing me the reimbursement in a check form to be received soon as opposed to a gift card from Lowe's to expand my shopping options. She also... After being with Home Warranty of America it was a pleasant experience to have my pool claim handled so efficiently However, I was also sent a note that this claim would not be approved. After reading your policy I am not sure why it wouldn't be approved. The pool line to the filter was clogged due to the last wind storm. This is much like a clogged drain in the sink. Please explain.

My contract was cancelled on Monday, September 11, 2023 in an era by Choice Home Warranty, I never cancelled my contract agreement, it was Reinstated on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 and my new Service Call Fee is now $100.00 but my previous Service Call Fee was $75.00. If someone is able to help me with this change I would be very grateful because I'm fixed income and need all the help I can get.

After had a water heater broken with water leak, just because I'm new comer my claim was deny.
I says that water heater will not be broken in one day? yes it may not but for a 20+ years old how do i know when will it start leaking!!
