Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The tech was great he was very knowledgeable and was able to get the issue resolved.
Unable to reach choice warranty by phone. Each time I opted to get a call back, the call was not answered.
Did a great job, very helpful and took care of us in a timely manner.
We submitted a claim, took a couple days, but we found the problem on a holiday weekend. The company they found to come out and check it, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Still waiting for the work to be done, but so far it’s been great!
Great Home Warranty coverage. Had an A/C problem. Technicians arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (less than an hour), I paid my very low deductible, and presto we were done. Great coverage, great service. Best in Classs for sure.
The technician is very knowledgeable but I do believe he took advantage of both me and you. My A/C problem was a plugged drain. This was cleared and the A/C came on and cooled. After checking the entire system he said the drain clearing was not covered by insurance and charged me $120.17. This I paid by credit card. Reporting this yesterday to one of your reps, she said you had approved a pound of coolant. I do not think he brought anything but a few tools into the condo. This is a secured building. It was Good for a Garbage compacter(kitchen). Called, Tech visit was scheduled for next day and case closed . Start to finish 26 Hours. Appreciate. This was my First Service request to Choice.
When he got here was very through in troubleshooting the problem, iso;ating it and replacing the mother board in the motor. Works great! And afterwards lubes the spring and rollers too

I want all of the money I've paid in back. I will NEVER recommend your company!! I've paid premiums for over 2 years and the first claim for electrical service i submit is denied! So, you got my monthly premium, made me pay a service fee, deny my claim which was for electrical services, point me to the fine print in my contract and ask for a review. I will rate you on Google, i will rate you on yelp and I will contact Clark Howard, consumer advocate, to advise how you are posing to offer a service that you will deny.
