Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Kevin was AWESOME, answered all my questions, he was very professional and I recommend his customer service!
Good if the appliances or items covered require minimum work. Unfortunately not if an appliance is older and parts don’t exist or if it needs to be replaced. Two months later an offer of $335 to replace the dryer take it or leave it. No one I spoke to was very helpful and some were downright rude. Unfortunately I now have a problem with my refrigerator and have been told they will replace it. Again offering a low amount and offering gift cards to Lowe’s that will take 30 days to be issued. I was told by a rep I could get ice coolers and could place my items outside in the cold. They should be ok there. We’re talking of perishables, and meds for my husband. I live in Texas where the... If they have no technicians in your area then they find every possible reason to deny the claim after advising you to get your own tech. When they do send someone, the person is incompetent. Stay away from Choice
Lisa White is a really good agent! Choice offered me a really good offer under there 3 year VIP plan that I really couldn't pass up, great work Lisa.
Choice was very diligent in resonding to my claim and had a technician out to my home very fast. All repairs were covered and my appliance is back up and running. I highly recommend Choice Warranty for those shopping around for service.
Didnt use this service this time. But it seem to work, only part was a chore to cancel, plz make it easier.
Will was AWESOME. professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and fantastic to work with. His communication was great and he was really punctual. He worked on three of my appliances and they’re all working great!

Very responsive company, I have used them for a couple of years, and I am very satisfied.
An appointment was made by Choice for a plumber , flawless to come to my house on Wednesday Oct. 11th . I took the day off, no pay. Upon contacting the plumber as per phone number listed on email, they said they weren’t coming after I already was waiting a half a day. They lied and blamed Choice that they were just contacted prior to my call. I spoke to a supervisor from Choice . After investigation, she apologized that they couldn’t keep the appointment. They would reschedule the next day which I wasn’t about to take off again. I did not want anything to do with them since they cared less that I lost a day .
