Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

To have a Home warranty is not essential but it does not hurt to have one. However, most of the home warranty companies contract with small local companies to service their clientele. To some people, that may seem a problem. However, I believe small local companies, by and large, are more personal and more interested in doing a good job because they want the clients to recommend them to their friends. In my experience with Choice, I don't have any problem with their service, but with their administration, which sometimes comes across as a little unprofessional. But I guess there isn't a perfect company, nor a perfect customer.
they are fair in replacing appliances that can not be repaired. the tech some of them do not meet my expectations
THE ONLY TECH I HAD HERE THAT WAS OOD WAS HUMBLE APPLIANCES. LAST MONTH I HAD AN ELECTRICIAN COME FOR LESS THAN ONE MINUTE AND SAID HE WAS ALERGIC TO ANIMALS AND WOULD BE BAC AND NEVER CAME BACK. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR HIM.

The technician who came was the best and was not Choice Home Warranty technician. I used him instead of Choice Home Warranty. It was less time consuming and he got the job done.
The technician did a fantastic job in fixing my problem. I would recommend their service to anyone that needs a plumber.
It has been over a week and our ac is OUT! Don't know why they are so slow. Called this morning and still NO WORD!
