Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Easy to setup appointment and technician arrived on-time !!! Choice has multiple methods (website and phone call) to setup appointments for service.
Your repairman knew exactly what was necessary to fix the dryer and completed the necessary repairs and the dryer was working perfectly when he left. He was professional and polite.
The company you contracted (Mr Smith) to fix our plumbing issue didn't come on time as scheduled of 11-3pm. I was the one to call for an update since it was almost 3pm.
After they came, the Tech. name Terry was very nice except he finished only one out of 2 projects scheduled.
He claimed that the second project of replacing a part that's broken need authorization from your company for him to proceed. I told him that you, will cover it as part of my benefits
Now I have to wait for your input.
Phil was incredibly helpful and provided me with information pertaining to all options available. I will definetly be sending referrals his way. In fact I am sending 2 today!
Technician was a great help. he check all my problems very efficiently.

The bad thing is we are back to the same issue we had. The sink isn't draining or if it does it takes a very long time.
Plan on giving it 2 weeks before we get them back.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of both Choice Home Warranty agents who took my call for service. I called for service on my shower faucet. Shortly after that call, my since faucet started to leak at the counter level. I called back and once again the agent was excellent, and went way out of his way to include the second call with the first, saving me money not having to pay for two separate requests. The service technician was dispatched immediately. He arrived as scheduled, and did an excellent job repairing the shower faucet.
