Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

USA Plumbing technicians were both neat, knowledgeable and quick. PS they were here 1 hour earlier, than scheduled, I was notified before hand.
Terrible customer service! When an appliance costs too much to repair they offer a buyout which is normally less than half of the costs of a comparable item! Canāt wait till my contract is up! I will be changing to AHS! I would change now but I have to pay choice to quit! Now that is ridiculous!

Choice Home Warranty provides home warranty service coverage on the systems and appliances listed as āINCLUDEDā under the terms of the User Agreement sent to you at purchase.
The technician was frienedly, and approachable. he had a good working knowledge of the problem with my appliance. he was able to order the needed part. he set up a future appointment with reflected his desire to not inconvenience me.
I had a washing machine that, the technician said had broken shocks, he came within a week after calling and will get the shocks and repair it as soon as they come in. He (Michael) was grate. He was very professional and respectful.
Very professional. Very thorough. Even though he couldn't fix it, he knew the next steps and got me taken care of.

This technician from Prosper Services went above & beyond to correct the issue until a replacement has been made. This company is way more reputable than the first company iConcrete was. Iād rather give my money to Prosper over them any day of the week.

I purchased this contract with Choice Home Warranty because of the reviews I saw on more than one web site that I believe to honest. They covered everything that I wanted and I did not need to spend money are many different add-on's. I was able to get a lower yearly rate, a reduced Service Call Fee and 6 months of free coverage for asking for a 3 year term. All this was the good news. The one thing that really bothers me about Choice Home Warranty is their sales tactics. They are very aggressive and can even be rude and pushy. I was very pleased with the work the technician was very nice and explained everything to me that was going on with my heater. He told me that they would have to order a part and he should be back in about one or two days all I can say is that I was very happy with the service that he did provide. Henry who was the technician was very professional and Iāll request it if when the part come in will he come back to put it in.
