Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. Even better, they found and fixed the problem. Who could ask for anything more?
I called wanting to speak with a person because I had a question. but the automated system persisted asking me questions and before It would allow me to speak with a rep. it informed me that my in refrigerator ice maker was not covered under my warranty. I called back and finally got a person. I explained my experience with her and directed her attention to my warranty booklet page 8 para #7 Refrigerator-covered: all components and parts, including integral freezer unit.
She placed me on hold. After 11 min the call was dropped.
I called once again and this time spoke with a rep (Oscar) that was very knowledgeable and handled my claim expertly and to my full satisfaction.

Everything was wonderful. The technician was fast and efficient. I’m very happy with the service.
Very experience tech showed up. Waiting 6 days for a repair was over the top, Bad.
Service appointment was made quickly. Service technician arrived early - diagnosed the issue promptly and had the part on his truck - He was very nice, replaced the part -cleaned up after and went on his way. Thanks
Vail Plumbing was very nice. Choice Home Warranty Claim solution was terrible. After my warranty ends in 2023, I will not be renewing. I've had others home warranty companies in the past and Choice is the worst possible.
