Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

It was so easy to create a claim and I was responded to promptly. I loved that everything was done for me. I definitely will renew policy.
Not pleased at all, refused to fix my water box that had been leaking on my washer. I am canceling my policy. I haven’t had a claim in almost 2 yrs and now I have a claim and they won’t pay

Mark was prompted, knew what he was doing and fixed our icemaker.
It takes weeks to even get someone to come out. And that is just the CHW process, and not counting the tech time frame. All of that and most likely CHW will just deny the claim. Worthless service.

I have used the warranty on two items so far and each one has resulted in additional costs or further correction that was not covered under the labor contract?? Other than that, the service has been immediate and satisfactory. This last repair resulted in more costs associated with a malfunction due to repair of a leaking handle on a faucet! This led to a failure on the current Water Heater in the house?? The pressure on the lines seem to point toward the problem with the water heater. Never had a problem until today after the repair of the leaks. Hope and pray that this was not the result of cutting the water off while repairing the leaks and subsequently cutting the water line back... Read More

Choice warranty is very incompetent .. we are canceling our membership with them… if I could have given them a half of a star I would have. BUT the star rating is rigged, cannot give below 3 stars
