Cancellation Policy

The contract shall be non-cancelable by the company except for nonpayment of contract fees or service fees, fraud or misrepresentation of facts by the customer, or by agreement between client and company. Customers may cancel within the first 30 days of the order date for a refund of the paid contract fees, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. If canceled after 30 days, the customer shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Choice quickly processed this, lined us up with a superior service provider, and we were able to immediately schedule within 4 hours of submitting the claim! And, they came out on Saturday - no time off work necessary. It was great! We love Choice warranty and will never be without their coverage!

When our bathroom sink backed up, I tried everything I could think of to fix it. Eventually, I caved in and contacted CHW. Two days later Jamie with Benchmark called me and asked if later that morning was good for me. A few hours later he was rotting out my line. Almost two hours later he finally succeeded in breaking though the clog(s). Things are running smoothly again and that has made my wife very happy, which in turn makes me happy.

Called Sunday morning because A/C was not blowing air out the vents. Customer Service said we would receive the company name for repair withing 24 hours and to contact them to schedule the appointment. Within 45 minutes we had a company name (Just A/C & Heating), we called, he answered and was out to our home on a Sunday in 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed. I had a problem with the Water Heater,i t was liking. The people showed up in less time that the 45" they told me in the phone. They were really polite and professional ; they realized what the problem was in just a couple of minutes and they explained to me. Then they fixed quick and leaved the area around clean. I was really please with those two guys.

My, experience today was excellent! Steve and his Partner took time to insure that they would elevate the problem I was having with my plumbing. They were courteous and even wore soft shoes over their shoes in my home. They went the extra mile of checking all outlets. They explained every step and gave pointers on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I must say, they were efficient and on time maybe a head of time. They made me a very happy customer, and if I ever need assistance again; I would recommend them.

I've had Choice Home Warranty for about 3 years. I've had a total of 3 claims. They replaced the heating element on my dryer. My 5 year old refrigerator drain was clogged. It wasn't very bad but enough to cause ice to form on the bottom of my freezer floor. They also denied another dryer claim I had. They said lack of maintenance on both the dryer and the refrigerator. This is really my first time ever having a clog drain pipe. The guy that came offered to fix it on the side because he also has his own business. It also happens to be a maintenance company. I've had Choice Home Warranty for several months now. I chose this company because of their low rates and low service call fees. You get what you pay for... They denied every claim I made claiming it was always something listed in their exclusions. Even when my microwave caught on fire, they said it was due to buildup...which is excluded apparently. Even when they deny a claim, you still must pay the service call fee. I ended up spending more money by filing claims with this company than I would have just calling repairs companies on my own. This company is terrible! I have cancelled my contract and am looking for a new warranty company.
