Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

They respond quickly but sometimes it takes a few days to get service companies to you not saying that is their fault. The website is a file claim that is hard to navigate. Phone calls are the best way to get service.
So far so good. This is my second claim. The first took longer to send out a repair person than expected, but he worked out well when he finally came. We'll see what happens this time....
Jeff was great! He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and repaired it that day. He also told me there was a 30 day warranty on the work he did and gave me his phone number if I had a problem with it.
Our AC stopped working and family was visiting, the repairman came a day early to fix it and was done very quickly. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the service.

We had another home warranty service which was horrible! After watching George Forman with his "not my problem" ad, we decided to give CHW a chance. Best decision ever! Washer went out, only had it for less than 2 yrs. A tech came out next day after a phone call. Washer no good. CHW is going to give us a gift card at Lowes so we can purchase another washer! CHW -awesome, customer service great, and true to the commercial. "It is not my problem!!!" 😀

There is no wait time when you file a claim. Tell them your problem and within minutes you get an email with a time and date when a technician will be at your house. Always have professional and friendly technicians that are happy to be there and do an excellent job. I would recommend Choice to anyone who is looking for a reliable and friendly home warranty company. Thanks Choice!
The CHW rep. was polite and even though it took over 36 hours to get a technician to look at my refrigerator he did make it by the end of the next day.
Tech was quick, the scheduler,she had that no problem instead of thank you verbage.I don't who started that or when but I know if I'm using these words w new customers it's because they were rude w me.Simple politeness is appreciated but harder to find nowadays.But after speaking w her the second and last time she was consistent in being nice enough.Just a pet peave of mine I guess.But would recommend again.
