Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

They have great customer service and fast acting and reliably.
Very quick response but that is only thing reliable with company. Kept looking for loopholes to not cover air conditioning system. Company that they sent out also stated they have not covered anything since they became a vendor. I cancelled right away and still battling to get my money back.
I called to report my washing machine wasn't working. CHW told me that someone would be calling me to set up an appointment. Passion Service Pro called me, came to my house and found the problem. Had to order the parts and he will be back as soon as they come in. Very pleased with the service all the way around.
Very fast response. Next day service and repair if our air conditioner. It was HOT so very much appreciated
I called Choice when my air condition stop working on a Sunday afternoon, on Monday morning I received an email from Choice, stating they have contacted Harris Mechanical heating and air. I contacted them and was able to set appointment up the same day. The gentlemen that came out was very nice, he let me know when he was in and out the house. service was stress free.
Very helpful, courteous and got the work done. Followed through with phone calls and very responsive.
Late one Saturday evening I submitted a claim for my washing machine plumbing to be repaired. Monday afternoon it was fixed! The team that services our issue was quick and efficient. Great service!
When I called to file a claim because my AC was not working. The customer service representative I spoke with named Frances was very helpful and very understanding of my problem. I give him a very high rating for customer servce. The awesome contractor at Gemini Heating and Cooling was very nice, knowledgeable and professional he fixed my AC with no problems.
Called CHW for a plumber and got a great response the same day. Work was completed , great job.
The plumber came in and unclogged the pipes under my kitchen sink with no problem
