Moving APT made our moving experience so smooth. My moving manager was very helpful over e-mail beforehand, and we had a great 4-person moving team and they were quick, friendly, efficient, helpful with things that we hadn't packed properly or taken down from walls, gentle and quick in taking apart furniture that couldn't fit out our doors. And then the move-in went so quickly - they were very conscientious about putting things in the right rooms, and even reassembled a bed that they hadn't taken apart. The move took almost exactly the amount of time estimated, even a little quicker. They made what can be a very stressful process so much easier.
This was the 2nd time I’ve used Moving APT for a move and they are exceptional. We used them for packing and moving this time. They came prepared with a crew that is clearly experienced with moving and handling furniture. We were very impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. They aren’t the lowest cost service but they aren’t outrageous on cost and they break everything down for you before and after they do the packing/moving so there are no surprises. They made the process very easy for us which is exactly what we needed. We will definitely be using these guys for all future moves!
They were fast, efficient, professional. Completely effortless and straightforward process. This was my second time using Moving APT, and I will use them for any and every move I make. I could not recommend them more highly.
I cannot say enough great things about Moving APT. They were extremely responsive and professional. They were also flexible when we had to push back the date due to renovations taking longer than expected. The day of the move was FLAWLESS. They were so efficient. So careful with our things. They carefully wrapped each item of furniture. It was AMAZING. They are so reasonably priced. I will definitely use them in the future
I was very happy with their service. They worked with me and was understanding when I scheduled the move. The movers we very nice and handle all of my things well by making sure certain items were wrapped and covered. I would hire them again if I needed to. Thank you!
Moving APT crew were timely, professional and very careful with all of my belongings. They went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done correctly and smoothly. They really took the stress out of moving.
It was a very disappointing and stressful experience to work with this Company. I made an agreement with Thomas on October 8 that the Moving APT company will arrange a pick up within three day grace period (October 13-15). No one ever showed up on those days. I kept on having to call Collena and Alyssa daily starting the 12th of October to get answers on who and when my items would get picked up. Both of them would return my calls in a timely fashion so I do believe they tried their best to accommodate my needs. Review of broker Moving APT and moving company Starway Relocation LLC When planning a move from New Jersey to California, I found Moving APT online. The company claims to “help you sort through all the interstate moving companies and hire the best one for your move." This did not turn out to be true in my case, despite an $899 booking fee. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. RUN, RUN, RUN away! I hired them to move my stuff from NY to CA and due to Coronavirus I could not be there to oversee everything. First they gave me one quote, then a second quote when we adjusted the number of things we had and then they pressured me to overestimate what I had, which raised the quote by A LOT. When I expressed concern about this they said not to worry, once they had the exact list after moving day they would give me a breakdown of everything and that the total would go down based on the actual box/item count. Moving APT would have to be the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL brokers I have had the pleasure of working with on my most recent long distance move. From lying about verbiage on contracts and checklist sheets to not properly recording calls for quality assurance. Why make a note at the beginning of calls saying that they are beginning recorded? When actually they aren’t and you are not able to properly watch and or train your sales specialist when things go bad... especially when there are large amounts of money involved and customers personal belongings.
