I have cancer and I am very weak at times. I had a bad fall recently. I couldn't get up, so I mashed the button on my necklace. Someone immediately came on phone and told me they were calling for help for me. I was able to scoot to door to let them in. They immediately helped me get up and checked me out. They asked if I wanted to go to hospital and I said "no". I was very thankful to have this help!

My mother is 90 years old and the family loves this company. The service and the prices are some of the best in the industry. We had one emergency and everything worked perfectly. Plus, the few times that the phone went out, they immediately contacted us. A quality company !

I called Bay Alarm Medical to sign my 81 yr young mom up, I received excellent Customer service and they answered all my questions. I feel confident when I'm away from my mom and she's alone that she can get help if any emergency arises. She locked herself out of her house a month ago in 110 Degrees heat for over 1 hour. I wish she would have has it then. She can use it up to 1000 ft from outside of her house. Also they offer AAA discount and a referral credit 1 month after 4 month. Love my Mama.💕

When I first contracted there service they did not offer me warranty service on my mobile device gps. After a couple of months the device stopped working and then representative said it was my fault and I had to buy a new one and then finally offered me warranty. I need their service for my grandfather or else I would not do business with people that have horrible customer service service as this company.

We've been with Bay Alarm Medical for years. Dependable and wonderful customer service! We've never had an emergency, but when we had a power problem they contacted us to make sure our equipment was in working order when the power came back! That was great!
