We acquired Bay Alarm for my Mother in Law 3 years ago. She LOVES it! It gave Mom the peace of mind to continue living alone in her own home for all this time. She did need to " Push the Button" several times, and when she did, the response was fantastic! Both the paramedics were summoned, and family members were alerted very quickly. We purchased alarms from this company for my mother, aunt and uncle within months of each other. The online support and guidance was great when we were trying to decide which payment plan to choose. Once we purchased the product support continued and we had to use their service multiple times. Each time they were right there for our loved ones and the call system they have for notification I feel is excellent. Medical support was on site in a timely manner and fortunately the outcome each time was positive.
My mother fell 3 times within a 3 week span and Bay Alarm was essential in having emergency personnel dispatched to the house to help her up as quickly as possible. Me and my siblings are spread out throughout the country and we are all notified as soon as she falls and that the emergency responders are on the way so it has been a great service for my mother and for keeping up to the minute communication with the rest of my family. I would highly recommend Bay Alarm to others.
Our family chose Bay Medical Alert for our mother because she has a home Bay Alarm system which we have been very happy with. All of Mom's children reside about an hour away from her, and having the Bay Medical Alert system for her gives both Mom, as well as her family, comfort in knowing that medical assistance is only a button push away. We have been very pleased with any phone or correspondence communications that we have had with Bay Medical Alert, and have even recommended this system to Mom's elderly sister who also lives alone.

I ordered the Bay Alarm for my aunt. She lives alone in a senior community. The fact that she can be in contact immediately for help, makes her and me feel more at ease for her care. She has not had to use the service. If she never has too, it will have been worth the monthly charge for her safety. Thank you for providing excellent service!
I have an 85-year old mother who lives over 2 hours away. This was the best money I could have spent to get peace of mind. Several times she has bumped the alarm, and they are always kind when they contact her and set her at ease when she's embarrassed that she did it again. A few times her alarm went off and they couldn't contact her. They dispatched medics and then contacted me to let me know what was happening. At my request, they called me back with an update. I have to say that every time I've spoken with someone at Bay Alarm, they've been kind, compassionate and considerate. I do and will continue to recommend that to anyone with elderly family members!

I purchased this alarm system for my Dad. He has used it numerous times and has received a quick response every time. Along with that, I have immediately received a call each time, as well as my sisters alerting us to his situation. He also receives a call back to verify help has arrived or that the situation is under control.
Several years ago, we had a power outage due to a storm. Within 30 minutes for the outage, I received a call from Bay Alarm alerting me of the telephone line being down and inquiring of my Dad's safety.
