Claims & Service - 6 / 10

Universal Home Protection clients can expect to be charged a reasonable 75 dollar service fee every time they file a claim. However, the company requires a 30 day waiting period from the date of enrollment before they can begin receiving service. Although it does not constitute a drawback, UHP only allows clients to select contractors from their network, which some may find limiting.
