ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. The company has a 30-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

STAY AWAY!! Extremely Poor Customer service! Everyone tells you how sorry they are as if they are reading from a script, but no one can help you. The HVAC Contractor they sent couldn't get his schedule together. He provided them with information that was not verified by the other FOUR contractors that I have since had look at my system When I asked for a second opinion, I was told they didn't offer that, I have called several times to find out exactly why my claim was denied, I get a different answer each time, which of course always begins with "sorry!" Just signed up, so review is based on that interaction with the rep who I worked with. No review on the organization's response to any service call. Rep was knowledgeable and was able to set me up for exactly what I need and get it going on the date I needed it. He knew his product and presented the options very well. Based on his effectiveness plus my research about the organization I chose them as my home warranty company. I hope any service call needed during the contract period goes as well as this one did.
