ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum. Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs. No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis. ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us. If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us. If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

If you think of dealing with this company think hard. Every time I dealt with them was bad. Days, weeks ,months, before anything was fixed. Companys they gave us to do the work were never any good.The techs would spend hours waiting on approvalls from T.P.. T.P. would talk them out of doing a job right. I waited 6 months for T.P. to get a part delivered. This company works hard in thier coverage aggrement not cover parts and service. My HVAC has never been fixed correctly by them or the companys they use.They told us the name brand they would replace it with and when it came it would be some off brand. I bought this policy because I am a single Mom, and I cannot fix most of the problems that happen in my house, I saw they have good reviews, not I wonder is this review are real! When I asked before buying they said will cover everything,is not true, is not is a lie! My first call was for my garage door, they said they just can’t fix rollers just the motor parts, no the roller, I passed,then I look for another company and fixed it for $60.00 dollars. My second call was my water heater broke and I they said that they only fix the component's of the water heater no the tank, this is a fraud company, I cancel my account and they charge me with, two months plus cancellation, Why I have... Fulvio B. is a fine sales rep who did not hassle me as other firms do with weekly reminders of buying or renewing a policy. I have not been pleased with American Home Shield,one of the best known firms in this industry and am hopeful you folks will be a little more prompt and careful on whom you send to fix any potential problem.But,we shall see as of June 8 and yet,I have to say Fulvio has shown restraint and respect for what I asked about. Great service! I had a leaking hot water heater tank issue, and even though it states it clearly in the contract that its not covered, the manager Kim offered to still get me a technician and offered to pay up to 3 hours of labor as a courtesy since I have been with them for over a year! Also great communication with customer service reps Paris and Marc.
