Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Thankfully, thus far I have not had to use Select's service. However, I have been very pleased with the company representatives with whom I have spoken. They have been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Alex was especially helpful. I really appreciated that they called me Mrs. P....., rather than calling me by my first name as if they were my long-lost friend.

Got recommendation from a friend and went ahead and called. The coverage is extensive, the price is reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. Within 5 minutes, I purchased the policy. There is a 30-day waiting period, so I will follow up with another review.
