Buyer beware. They promise you the world and take forever to show up. Offered $150 to replace my washer. They give depreciated value of appliances if they can't fix it. I have a 5 year old top of the line Maytag washer and get $150 towards buying a new one. Not reputable.

Absolutely loved dealing with Billy in customer service. He made sure that my claim was handled professionally and that the technician was on time all I had to pay was the small service fee and my dishwasher was back up and running

I was so impressed within the ten minutes the part had an approval. The tech contacted FPHW and while we were talking, the parts were approved. I was so impressed! Thirty minutes from the tech pulling up, condensing fan replaced and ac working. I am totally impressed with First Premier! I am a customer forever!

The customer service response time is PHENOMINAL !! It is refreshing to speak to someone in the USA and be able to understand them. It is also wonderful to have someone LISTEN to you and respect your concerns. After being a customer of Old Republic for nearly 20 years - we are MOST HAPPY to now do business with and trust our home warranty with the Best of the Best !!! The customer service & pricing cannot be beat !

Just being honest. I have had many home warranties throughout my life as a home owner. First premier Home Warranty is definitely one of the best. Fast turnarounds and excellent customer service. If you’re on the fence and need coverage at a reasonable price. Don’t sacrifice service for price. This is a perfect marriage of the two. I’ve done the research for you. Good luck!
