Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

It's an easy sign up, fast how is warranty I will have to use it to see and grade it. The best price from my other home warranty company we had. Time will tell if we made the best choice. Looking forward to having them on my list.

After placing your claim and telling you finished basement is flooding because sump went out. Told in 5 days a repairman will be out. And damage to anything or cleanup not responsible for. This is not how you expect your insurance company to react to a ongoing problem only getting worse. will make me reconsider continued coverage, better to cancel and get service timely. Sucks..............
The representative told me upon signing up I was covered immediately. 3 days later I had a problem and they won't cover it saying you have to wait 30 days after signing up to get coverage. And now if I wait 30 days it will be considered preexisting so I have to pay out of pocket and show a receipt to have the problem covered in the future. RIP OFF COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIARS. SCAM ARTIST. THIEF'S.

I called in a water heater issue and the service representative was attentive and took her time to ensure that she noted exactly what the issue we are having. She stated that it would take at least 24 hours before I receive a call to schedule the issue. This is the second time that I used this warranty and the first issue was addressed with a fast responding and courteous company.
