Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Extremely easy to deal with in regards to warranty work. The product has real value and I'm glad we have it.
This young man was excellent in all ways very polite ,friendly,and knowledgeable. And the company was very fast at showing up, They can service our pluming problems anytime.
They have always been very quick at getting my claims taken care of. The repair people have always been on time, made repairs and cleaned up any mess. That was a real plus for me. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone and everyone should have a home warranty policy.
The technician that came to my house for my repair was one that I had to find on my own because you all were unable to find one. I paid the technician who is not sent by Choice Home Warranty a total of $120.00 but you deduct the $85.00 service fee, which does not apply to this since all of this was out of pocket for me and will only refund me $35.00.
I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of this claim

CHOICE Home Warranty Service is great program. Their service has been instrumental in responding to my requests and claims. Their support team is very professional. responsive and courteous. They guide you through the claims process and answer any pending questions.
The cost of CHOICE Home Warranty is very modest and a great service for any home owner to have!
The agent was helpful and the service was fantastic. Service arrives on time abd was able to find the problem and fix the problem quickly. Will recommend Choice to friends and family.

Too difficult to get paid on claims. Hard to understand customer service reps that do not speak clear English. Claim reps do not follow up with customer regarding claims to be paid to customer. If using service repair from out of network, choice home warranty makes it very difficult for claims and do provide clear instructions and do not follow up with customer
The Technician is good. But I've waited 7 days to fixed my sink. Very poor for scheduling client!
