Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I still haven’t had the warranty issue completed, but it was very quick and easy to submit problem online
Needed our oven serviced and the process of submitting a claim was so easy. Then once they received it, we got someone to the house to fix it so quickly and they were so efficient! Super impressed and grateful!
I enjoy the ease of scheduling and the quick turnaround to assign a technician.
Long waiting time to have a Technician come out for an inspection.
I find it amazing that you don’t allow me the opportunity to award you one star. It wouldn’t go below 2 stars. Choice warranty lacks in communication. It’s obvious you don’t want to talk to your customers. I get an email that I owe a total of $3,500 for my claim. I thought I had coverage and that’s all you told me is what wasn’t covered and what I was obligated to pay. The technician was very nice. That’s where it ends. I will be shopping around. Hopefully I’ll find a company that is more transparent with what they cover and not tell me $3,500 and you might owe more?!?!? Choice Home Warranty was easy to file claim. Appointment was made in a timely manner and my electrical issue was resolved. Very seamless process and exactly as advertised.
I have never been more excited about work being done in my house. The installer changed old, worn out pipes leading to and from my water heater and gas line to new copper and galvanized piping. He also corrected an improperly installed flute line that was installed years ago to code. I wish I could show you!
I was happy with the technician, but not choice decision to not fix the spring. I paid a lot of money for my warranty .
With some personal research comparing warranty programs, the cost on what is covered, the co pay with the ability to add things like septic and roof, is the best fit for us. Went to the website, placed some details to learn about the warranty packages since there was no otherwise to see it, and was creeper out when I got a phone stating it was Choice Warranty responding to the online information. It worked out since the tech was super professional and answered all questions we had. They offered a one time deal for six years that I declined, a great offer with huge saving with an upfront payment. First time with this company, so stay tuned for updates.
