Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Choice Home Warranty offers existing homeowners two plans, each of which cover a mix of systems and appliances. The primary difference between its Total plan and its Basic plan is that refrigerators, washers and dryers, and air conditioning systems are not included in the Basic Plan. Optional coverage for such items as pools and spas, well pumps, and septic systems is available for an additional fee. We requested a quote for a single family home of less than 5000 square feet in a small midwestern city. The premium for Choice Home Warranty's Basic was $47.85 per month and the premium for its Total pan was $54.95 per month. With the cost difference between the two plans being only about $7 per month, to our mind, the Total plan a better value overall because it includes coverage for three of the most common appliances: refrigerators, washers, and dryers. It also includes coverage for air conditioning systems.

The company's co-pay for a service call is $85, slightly less than most comparable companies. The co-pay may be reduced further with special discounts and promotions.

Cancellation Policy

The contract shall be non-cancelable by the company except for nonpayment of contract fees or service fees, fraud or misrepresentation of facts by the customer, or by agreement between client and company. Customers may cancel within the first 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees. If canceled after 30 days, the customer shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by the company.

I used my warranty once last year and my garbage disposal was replaced. So happy with Choice Warranty year 2019 that I renewed contract for this year. Just emailed today requesting a bedroom ceiling fan assessed/repaired, dishwasher assessed/repaired, both bathroom sink stoppers repaired, and requesting for my bathroom counter drawer to be repaired if allowed in contract. Wow... living in condo over a year has these things ... so happy I chose Choice Home Warranty!!!!

I contacted Choice Home Warranty when I had a problem with my refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised when I received notification within 30 minutes that a repair technician would be available the next day. The repairman arrived on time and could not have been more helpful. He patiently explained the cause of our problem and answered a number of questions. He completed his repair within 30 minutes and further explained the maintenance checks we could do ourselves to assure we didn't have any more problems in the future. We could not have been happier with the way the project went from start to finish.

The technician that came to our home was Neftali Velasquez , he was very polite, helpful and efficient. Mr. Velasquez talked with my husband, Timothy, and explained all that he was doing . We would recommend this service to everyone.

They would not fix our washing machine but decided to replace it instead. Unfortunately, they would only offer us $475 to get a new one. This was unacceptable considering a new washer of the same quality and type begin at $700. They will quote you at wholesale price when you have no way of getting the unity wholesale. In the end we will have to pay money out of our pocket plus the initial service fee. Other home warranty companies like American Home Shield would make sure you have no out of pocket expenses other than the initial service fee. I know this from past experiences with AHS! Poor customer service and care for the clients here at Choice Home Warranty..Beware!!!

Although the company does make repairs, it does not cover 100% and does not provide full replacement cost.

Choice Home Warranty was very fast with a certified technician to my home to evaluate my HVAC. And as their contract states they covered $1500 foot the repairs needed.

Choice again did an outstanding job with my LG washer problem. They called and sent a technician within 24 hours. Robert, Appliance One Solutions was very informative and polite and fixed my issue right away. I would recommend Choice and Appliance One Solutions to anyone looking for washer and dryer repair in San Antonio, TX.

out multiple time for ac in 90 degree heat, keep putting on band aids per you terms to just get it running. I live in an over 55 dev. and a lot of people are asking me how your co. is doing and want to know the end results. So far I paid 45.00 to 2 different co. and over 600.00 for window air conditioners because it is taking so long
