Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Plumber was on time and fixed job!
I have an issue with my plumbing and contacted Choice on Tuesday night through their website. I was contacted the following morning that a technician would be out between 7:30 and 11:00 am to resolve the problem. The Plumber arrived at 8 am and was very polite and fixed the problem and to my surprised cleaned up after himself and took his shoes instead of messing up floor like others had. I am very pleased with Zoom Drain and Choice Home Warranty.
Thank you very much for fixing our air conditioner! It's good that it wasn't a serious repair and only needed freon. As you can see from our account history, we haven't had a problem for 4 years. We hope we don't have a problem again for another 4 years. We appreciate your help in resolving this problem quickly))).
The attitude of the last Plumber was wonderful. How he greeted me was special, his work ethic was represented of success. I knew that he would do a good job.
Matt was punctual. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing along the way and what the problem was with the AC. I would definitely have him work on my AC or furnace in the future if it needs it. Thank you HCW for sending a reliable technician.
This has been my worst experience with this company. A new inside unit was installed two weeks ago. It cooled for 2 days. Some other company was sent out and I paid as other 60 dollars and itās still not cooling. Iāve spent 520 dollars total and still hot with fans. Company supposed to be coming today. Itās 4:39 pm and they havenāt given me a time yet.
Very friendly and knowledgeable person..did good work and was quick , I recommend this Plummer to any in Las Vegas area .
I called choice warranty and reported to two faucets to my washing machine were leaking. I had to shut the water off in my house to stop the leaks. I kept calling back stating I needed a plumber soon. I got an email stating to call the plumber. They could not come for THREE DAYS. After the plumber arrives he asked for the sixty dollar check and called in the claim. Approximately one hour later, Choice Warranty denied the claim. I had already been without water for three days. Now I have to go find a plumber and still had to PAY THE $60.00 for the call. I cannot recommend Choice Warranty to anyone now. I was very happy with the service up to this point but now I am just disappointed.

I having been waiting for three days to get service on my air conditioner. I am still waiting made calls and got nowhere
